How do I place an order ?
Please go ahead and select your interested item and click 'Add' button then click 'CheckOut' button. Then register your billing and shipping details that lead to payment option. You can use your Credit / Debit cards tom complete payment. We will proceed with your delivery and intimate confirmation of the same to you.
Can I order a gift which is not in your Storefront at present?
We do offer you the facility of making a special request through our Special Request form. We will confirm with you whether we can fulfill your request. You can then add it to your shopping cart.

What if there has been a change in the recipient’s address?
You must inform us of this change at least 3 days before the date of delivery or your order may be delivered to the wrong address for which we will not be held responsible.
Are the items delivered as per the display on the webpage?
The products will match the image on the webpage as the images have been sourced from the vendors from whom the final order is going to be sourced. But in some cases there is slight color variation may happen due to screen resolution and image quality.
How can I confirm that the item has been delivered on-time ?
After the delivery we'll send you a confirmation of Delivery by email. It shall contain information on date, time of delivery, name of recipient, return message from the recipient for you, etc.
How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made ?
Every product has its own shipping time. Please refer the individual products's dispatch date from there we normally require 3 to 5 working days to deliver.

Yes, you can send personal greeting/message along with your gifts. Just type in your message in the message box in the order form. Your message will be hand written in and sent along with the gift.
Can the recipient send me a return message ?
Yes, the recipient can send a return message to you. We request all recipients to fill in the return message for you in the delivery confirmation memo and we shall email it back to you.
Is there any Shipping charges involved?
There is no Shipping charges for deliveries in India. But, Outside India Deliveries need an additional shipping charges which is based on the number of items. The following list contains the exact shipping charges.
There is a possibility of Tax or Custom Duty charges against your shipment. But this is not a mandatory charges for every customer. It is mainly depends on your own country's custom procedure. We dont have any control on this charges. So if there is any such charges need to payable by customer only. In some cases Couier company pay behalf of customers and collect it from customer later.
What if I have to cancel my order ?
All orders placed can be cancelled if the cancel requests is placed within 24hrs from the time the order is placed. However, incase if the ordered item is perishable in nature like flowers, cakes, sweets etc and if they are shipped then they cannot be cancelled or refunded as they cannot be consumed again.
What if the ordered item is out of stock or not available for shipping ?
In case if an ordered item is not available for shipping or if it is out of stock, BigBindi would promptly inform the sender of the gift by email and the sender can either cancel that or choose any alternate gift of that value or pay the difference for another gift.
What about the Privacy of my information ?
We consider the privacy of our customers very important. We are in the business of serving you, not selling your information. Your name, address information, and credit card information are collected only to fulfill your order. We will occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of special promotions or significant changes to our web site.
